Wholesale Order Policy
New Customers: Please submit a customer application.

Domestic Accounts: Net 5 working days for approved accounts. COD or In Advance for all other accounts. No shipments made to accounts past due
International Accounts: 20% Deposit required with order, full payment required before shipment
Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations of silver market price.
Minimum Order: minimum 3 pieces per SKU and USD $300.00 total
Set-Up Fee: Each new design is subject to a one-time laser setup fee.
- No claims allowed after 5 days from date of receipt.
- No returns accepted without a return authorization (RA) number, after 30 days from invoice date, on special orders.
- To receive a return authorization (RA) number, contact us with your invoice number and reason for return.
All SIAM ORIGINAL orders are shipped from Thailand.
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer, and will be charged on top of the delivery charges once the parcel has reached the destination country. Please note that costs are subject to weight and distance.
Returns and Exchange
We accept return and exchange under the following cases only:
- Delivered item has defects caused by seller.
- Item is delivered in wrong size or incorrectly by seller.
- And other reasons caused by seller’s mistakes.
Items must be returned within 7 days (Thailand) and 14 days (International) after it is delivered to you. Returned items must be under the same condition as delivered and in a complete package.

Important: Please note that if parcel returned is upon seller’s mistake, we will reimburse for delivery costs incurred with a proof of delivery receipt emailed to us. However, if such case occurred by customer’s mistake, it’s customer duty to be responsible for delivery costs of return and redelivery of the new parcel.
Sorry, we cannot deliver to post box addresses.
Orders can be modified before dispatched. We will not be able to modify orders once items have been dispatched.

Orders are exempt VAT (Value Added Tax) but are subject to import fees. Payment of these import fees is the sole responsibility of the Client, which will be subjected to each country. International orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reached your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) Basic, meaning the price displayed at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the amount of duties and taxes your package that will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. The international carrier may invoice you for the local taxes and duties. If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
Note: Expedited shipment fee is not inclusive of tax.
Please note that duration of delivery is counting on business days only. Long holidays or public holidays may be excluded upon the delivery company announcement. The transit time exclude custom clearance at destination.
Delivery time is provided as a guideline only and does not include order processing time. Delays may occur due to payment authorization, destination customs, storms, and other unforeseen circumstances.
